It happened in the settlement of Raciaz on the third / fifteenth of August, eighteen hundred and eighty six at nine o'clock in the morning – Chaskiel Moszek [Yehezkel Moshe son of Dovid Ha-Levy] Taszma (Tachna), trader, twenty three years old, residing in the settlement of Raciaz, appeared personally in the presence of the witnesses, Moszek Aron Markus, synagogue sexton, seventy years old, and Lajzer Warszawski, trader, thirty five years old, both of whom residing in the settlement of Raciaz, and showed us a child of male gender, declaring that it was born in the settlement of Raciaz on the twenty seventh of July / eighth of August of the current year at seven o'clock in the evening to his wife Malka [Malachah daughter of Yechiel] née Krzeczanowska, twenty two years old, to whom at circumcision was given the name Hil [Yechiel son of Yehezkel Moshe Ha-Levy]. This document was read to the testifier and the witnesses and signed by us and the witnesses, the testifier cannot write.
